Decision of optimal floor space are made on the conside- ration of users , developers , the standard of physical facilities and plan characteristics. According to them , five goals of the cost control , benefit , floor spaces needed, open spacesand the traffic control are considered in goal programming model after the relationships among variables have been established. The result will be ob- tained through the model and will be used as a reference for planners and decision-makers. Finnally , using the goal programming model in Tai- chung regional shopping center further prove it''s app- licability. Ho,Tu Feng 何友鋒 1993 學位論文 ; thesis 126 zh-TW |
