The entrepreneurs must consider enviromental con- ditions of the society and the business enterprises' market pos- ition to construct their political capacity and then to decide their political strategies and networks. The entrepreneurs then may utilize their political relationships to influence goverment policies and to protect the enterprise interest. During this study, the researcher discover that Taiwan entr- epreneurs usually consider to utilize the ascribed relationships and achieved political investments while they construct their p- olitical relationships. In accordance with utilizing the resour- ces from inside or outside the company, the long term or short term performance, and controlling ability of the entrepreneurs, the political networks in this study can be distinguished by "d- ominant network," "cooperative network,"and " participative ne- twork." When the entrepreneurs have strong political capacity, they will adopt the dominant networks and cooperative networks. As their political capacity is weak, they will choose the parti- cipative networks. Establishment of mutual trust, fair and reasonable alloction rules are the key factors for mantaining the political relation- ships. From the viewpoint of political strategy, some political networks have to be built by the entrepreneurs, such as to raise the parliamentarians and to participate the commercial institut- ions. But some political networks have to be paid attention by the entrepreneurs, such as to employ the retired goverment offi- cials and to do the lobbying jobs.
