Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 81 === Since goverment had relieved the martial law in 1987, Taiwan
entrepreneurs have more opportunities to build their political
relationships. The entrepreneurs must consider enviromental
con- ditions of the society and the business enterprises''
market pos- ition to construct their political capacity and
then to decide their political strategies and networks. The
entrepreneurs then may utilize their political relationships to
influence goverment policies and to protect the enterprise
interest. During this study, the researcher discover that
Taiwan entr- epreneurs usually consider to utilize the ascribed
relationships and achieved political investments while they
construct their p- olitical relationships. In accordance with
utilizing the resour- ces from inside or outside the company,
the long term or short term performance, and controlling
ability of the entrepreneurs, the political networks in this
study can be distinguished by "d- ominant network,"
"cooperative network,"and " participative ne- twork." When the
entrepreneurs have strong political capacity, they will adopt
the dominant networks and cooperative networks. As their
political capacity is weak, they will choose the parti-
cipative networks. Establishment of mutual trust, fair and
reasonable alloction rules are the key factors for mantaining
the political relation- ships. From the viewpoint of political
strategy, some political networks have to be built by the
entrepreneurs, such as to raise the parliamentarians and to
participate the commercial institut- ions. But some political
networks have to be paid attention by the entrepreneurs, such
as to employ the retired goverment offi- cials and to do the
lobbying jobs. In the conclusion of this st- udy, the
researcher provides some useful suugestions to the ent-
repreneurs, society as well as the goverment.
