First, a decentralized approach with online improvement for the control of interconnected dynamic systems with unmodelled nonlinearity and interaction is proposed. This approach is based on a model following technique, and the unmodelled nonlinearity and interaction are aggregated and tracked by online improvement to obtain a nearoptimal performance close to the linearized, decomposed optimal response of the global system. Secondly, by multiplying appropriate factors to the nominal optimal gains calculated with respect to the decomposed and linearized subsystems, a decentralized controller for a class of nonlinear time-varying interconnected systems with a prescribed degree of stability is presented and applied to the decentralized control of multi-machine power systems which can be characterized by a set of nonlinearly coupled swing equations. Finally, a decentralized observation scheme derived from the dual properties for linear time-invariant interconnected systems is given. Computer simulations of some examples are conducted and compared with those by relative works to demonstrate the feasibilities of the proposed decentralized control techniques. 針對大型互連動態系統之非集中型的控制與觀測,本論文提出數項設計法則,本文首 先提出一對於具有未模式化之非線性及互應作用的互連動態系統庂線上式非集中型控 制器。對每一子系統而言,把由互連所產生之互應作用和子系統本身的非線性,用組 合前之子系統線性化名目模式的集合式狀態分偏差來表示,然後,以線上修正的方式 ,追蹤集合式偏差,而得到一個接近於各線性化子系統組合前之最佳控制效能。其次 ,針對非線性項及非線性互應作用可視為子系統輸入之非線性時變的互連動態系統, 本論文提出一個使整體系統具有預設穩定收斂速率之完全非集中型控制法則。本法則 首先對線性化且解藕之各個子系統做最佳控制的設計,再將所求得之最佳回饋增益乘 以適當的倍數,以補償非線性及互應作用對系統的影響。文中並利用此項控制法則, 應用到多機電力系統之非集中型控制上。多機電力系統之數學模式可以用所謂的搖擺 方程式來表示,而此模式正符合前述控制器對控制問題的假設。再者,利用對偶原理 ,將非集中型狀態觀測問題轉換成控制模式,再以前述控制法則為基礎,可以得到一 個針對由子系統輸出構成互應作用之線性非時變互連系統的非集中型狀態觀測器,此 觀測器亦可使整體觀測系統具有預設穩定收斂速率的效果。文中並以數個例子之非集 中型控制與觀測做電腦模擬,並將所得結果與相關文獻做一比較,以展現文中所提出 之設計法則的可行性。 LIN, WEI-SONG 林巍聳 1990 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
