Summary: | 碩士 === 淡江大學 === 建築研究所 === 75 === This study is primarily to explore the impacts of outward space patterns and facilites toward the residents'' usages and applications and to provide the references for the designers in their housing design in order to improve and upgrade the quality of housing and living circumstances and make the outward space be able to meet the residents'' needs.
The contents of this study are as follows:
(1) First of all, to do the pattern classification of outward space in accordance with two factors, the configuration and residents'' routes of activities, and then collect 122 cases in Taipei for the past five years so as to do the case study for discovering the key factors which affect the outward space patterns.
(2) Secondarily, to pick out the most typical patterns from the classified groups so as to, by sampling, investigate the outward space facilities and their applications; and to explore the impacts toward outward space patterns according to their site condition by data collection and analysis, spot investigation and validation and the residents'' questionnaire results; moreover, to analyze the relationships between outward substantial facilities and residents'' application so as to dig out the problems on the usage and application of outward space.
(3) Then finally, by two different-patterned cases, to make the real observation and analysis on those applications which may not detect from questionnaires, such as routes of applications, condition of activity, time of activity and frequency to figure out the impacts of outward space patterns and facilities toward activities and further to realize discrepancies between planning and actual usage on outward space and then find out some efforts needed to be made in the current application of outward space.
Above All, from this study we may know the configuration and facilities of outward space will affect the way of application; moreover, at present there are two factors, the negligence and carelessness on management and planning & designing for the applications, have the greatest and most serious impact toward the application of outward space.
