In this work, a simpler methos was posed to calculate some physical quantities of the light nuclei.
By considering these light nuclei as composed of an α-particle and a core was expressed as Wood-Saxon potentical opus a Coulomb potential form.
We then use numerical method to find out wave function, interaction range and strength, transition probability rate, life-time etc.
The calculated results are consistent with the experimental data by one order of magnitude.
