There are three hypotheses presented:1. Seasonal variation of mortality in various districts is affected by social and phy sical conditions. 2.It is possible to separate ten major causes of death into seasonal disease and deseasonal disease. 3.The spatial distribution of mortality due to major causes of death will change over time. After analysing statistical data and constructed maps, the following is proof of the above hypotheses: 1.The death indices of various Hsien present different patterns of seasonal variation as time changes. 2.With the exception of pneumonia and tuberculosis, the remainder of the ten major causes of death have presented a clear pattern of seasonality. 3.Total death rate of Hsiang -- Chen have varied from place to place to place as a result of differences in social and physical environment. ?The death rate for ten major causes have presented a differences in social and physical environment. 4.The death rate for ten major causes have presented a different pattern of areal variation over time.5. In most cases, the correlation coefficients between death indices for ten major causes and climatic factors as measured by monthly temperature, pressure, humidity, wind speed, rainfall are statistically signifi -- cant at .05 or .01 level. 6.With the exception of rainfall, the correlation coefficients between death indices of ten major causes for January and July and climatic factors for the same periods are also significant but more or less at a lower level. As such, it seems reasonable to conclude that the three hypotheses have been confirmed. 陳國彥 1981 學位論文 ; thesis 77 zh-TW |

碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 地理學系 === 69 === This paper attends to analyse and illustrate the mortality in Taiwan based on seasonality and regionaloty.
