| Summary: | 碩士 === 淡江大學 === 管理科學研究所 === 67 === The main purpose of this study is to find out the problems of sampling inspection by attributes of Taiwan industries, particularly on discussing practicabilities of MIL-STD-105D Sampling Tables.
The findings (from the questionnaire) of this study, shows that the concept of sampling inspection has been accepted by Taiwan industries, and M105D is prevailing. But M105D is not satisfactory. There are many difficulties about M105D, such as AQL level is not easy to choose, sample size is large, cost is high, protection of quality is not enough, etc.
Before discussing these problems, this thesis will explain the mathematical statistics basis of sampling inspection. Further more, the Bayesian Sampling Method will be discussed here.
As to the empirical part, there is also a case study of sampling inspection system of electronic company in Taiwan.
