The second aspect of the study included an analysis of the organizational mission statement for the presence of organizational calling or purpose. The third aspect of this study attempted to identify whether or not a relationship existed between the two sets of data, and if so, what the nature of that relationship was.</p> Indiana Wesleyan University 2015-09-04 00:00:00.0 thesis http://pqdtopen.proquest.com/#viewpdf?dispub=3716282 EN
