Mental Health &amp; Addiction Services for Adolescents (MASA), a project of the California Hispanic Commission on Alcohol &amp; Drug Abuse, Inc. (CHCADA) was the agency selected as the focus of this project.</p><p> An extensive literature review was conducted to examine the need for implementation of substance use program. The knowledge gained through the literature assisted the grant writer in developing a grant that meets the needs of Hispanic adolescent and families with any substance use problem.
