The curriculum includes eight 1 hour sessions designed to be delivered in a group setting. The curriculum was designed based on a review of the literature and research concerning adolescence, adolescent learning theories, interventions, relational aggression, conflict management, compassion and empathy, healthy relationships, self-esteem, and support systems.
