The pretest was given before the participants began the training and at the end of the training.</p><p> The results of this study found the pre and posttest outcomes demonstrated significant increase in the participants' knowledge about adoption. The implications of the findings are that professionals who receive training will understand adoption and will help ensure clients are receiving accurate information.
