Data were gathered using semi-structured interviews and self-report measures. </p><p> Independent samples t-tests were conducted to examine the effects of dichotomous demographic variables and group status on physical activity levels. Correlations were used to assess the effects of Daily Hassles, Self-Efficacy: Barriers, and Social Support for Exercise (both friend and family). The results did not yield any significant differences or correlations. </p><p> Further research is needed with a larger sample.
