The benefits that are expected to be achieved with this proposal is to maintain 3.5% return on sales volume in a 3-year horizon, as well as reduce the expenses generated by the turnover of the sales force in the order of S / 190,000.00, in the same period. The implementation of the project represents an increase in the current value of the business in S / 176,385.00 in an expected scenario and S / 128,241.00 in a pessimistic scenario. The processes proposed to be optimized in this thesis affect the quality of the service, which is associated with the reduction of time to cover the positions required by customers and the quality of the promoters at each point of sale. The optimization will be achieved through the improvement of the recruitment and selection process, the improvement in the training to the promoters and in the audits in the points of sale. On the other hand, it is proposed to implement an endomarketing plan, through which it is expected to improve the working environment to contribute to the reduction of sales promoters' rotation and therefore to the reduction of associated expenses.
