Findings from questionnaire results, interviews, and focus groups demonstrate many of the factors that prevent GBLTQA programming and spaces from increasing inclusion. The main goal of this research is to explore the current problems that exist in terms of race in the Wright State University GBLTQA campus community. I will then discuss strategies that GBLTQA organizations and higher education administrators can employ to increase representation of GBLTQA students of color in programming, resources, and spaces. 2014 English text Wright State University / OhioLINK http://rave.ohiolink.edu/etdc/view?acc_num=wright1420736313 http://rave.ohiolink.edu/etdc/view?acc_num=wright1420736313 unrestricted This thesis or dissertation is protected by copyright: all rights reserved.
