In order to do build a system which meets the above criteria, it is important to come up with creative requirements. Existing models use exploratory and combinational creativity but transformational creativity in requirements engineering (RE) has been less researched. Transformational creativity focuses on challenging the search space constraints. To investigate the role of i(a requirements goal modelling language) in creative RE, we report a study involving nine analysts who generate creative requirements for the meeting scheduler system in a transformational way. According to our observations, there are many hurdles while performing transformational creativity. Our results reveal the inter dependency of exploratory creativity and transformational creativity, and uncover tasks as starting points for creative goal modeling. We further suggest a process which could be used to guide transformational creativity using i goal model.
