Therefore, we investigate if a Dynamic MOSFET model can be developed in VHDL-AMS with accuracy comparable to within 10% of existing equivalent model. Furthermore, with the transistor models developed, we explore, if we could develop typical benchmark circuits for analog and digital domain with performance comparable to within 10% of that predicted analytically. We have used an incremental approach to build a MOS model with its static and dynamic characteristics. We have also added the sub-micron effects. We have also tested the robustness of the model by applying different types of stimulus to the circuit and analyzing the performance.
