With skepticism towards technology, organizations often overlook the benefits technology can provide. This study found that attitude/interest, time, money, and training were major barriers to technology use in the surveyed museums. The methodology consisted of a census of all non-profit museums in Ohio. These museums were contacted from a list provided by the Ohio Museums Association.
