This thesis is translations and critiques of Modern Korean plays that suggest those issues in Korean culture: Moonlight Play written by Tae-Woong Kim, Material Man by Ji-Woo Hwang, and Terrorists by Sang-Hyeon Park. They were written from 1999 to 2004, namely from the end of the 20th century to the early 21st century.
