Fine Arts My thesis, (im)permanence, is an installation that consists of three interrelated bodies of work: Recycled Arch, Immovable Monuments, and The Promise of Time. These works suggest the binary and dependent relationship between impermanence and permanence. This thesis is a personal statement and feeling that the impermanence of life is a beautiful thing. I have utilized the various effects and affects of clay as a metaphor to define and relate my life and existence as an impermanent one.
