We prove the necessary conditions for the existing of a self-stabilizing solution: the identifiers in the initial state (a) need to form a weakly connected graph and (b) be present in the system. We describe Corona - self-stabilizing algorithm that constructs a deterministic skip-list. We rigorously prove thealgorithm correct and provide a number of extensions for the basic algorithm.
