The goal of this work is to develop technology for a high energy - density storage system by concurrently improving Li-ion technology by reducing the weight and thickness of a Li metal anode and the investigation of a wireless battery management system. The wireless battery management system is a novel approach that eliminates the need for wired communication lines in a battery management system.
