Marketing Delight Satisfaction Service Quality Behavioral Intentions Loyalty Emotions Patient Satisfaction Interpersonal Satisfaction Environmental Satisfaction This study is one of few on customer satisfaction, delight, and behavioral intentions and the first in a hospital setting.
