There are multiple representation formats for these computational models and Systems Biology Markup Language (SBML) is one of the most widely used. SBML is used not only to store but also to distribute computational models between Systems Biology data sources (e.g. BioModels) and researchers. Therefore, there is a need for all-in-one solutions which support advance SBML functionalities such as uploading, editing, composing, visualizing, simulating, querying and browsing computational models.</p><p>In this thesis, we describe four web based tools to simulate, compose, edit and compare computational models on top of PathCase-SB (PathCase Systems Biology) web portal. These tools are:</p><p>1. Model Simulation Interface, which generates a visual plot according to the user input,2. iModel Tool, that creates a platform for users to upload their own models,3. SimCom Tool, that provides a side by side comparison of models in the same pathway,4.
