Given that an in-depth qualitative view of teacher perceptions are not well represented in the current literature, this study queried five teachers through a series of interviews to bring the teacher's voice into the discussion about current K-12 tenure practices. The study investigates the participants' views on the benefits and drawbacks of teacher tenure based on their first-hand experiences. Additionally, the participants share their interpretations and opinions on current national tenure reform initiatives.http://hdl.handle.net/2047/D20194281
