Written on the back of the photograph: "A training institute was conducted by the Boston University School for Social Work at the Charlestown Clubhouse in October. Nineteen Staff members attended the five morning sessions under the direction of Professor Saul B. Berstein, Head of Group Work, and Professor Rose Segal, Head of Case Work. Mrs. Susan Greenberg, liaison between the BU and US Dept. of Health, Education and Welfare which made the grant possible, also attended.
