Des résultats du stabilité inf-sup sur les niveaux continus et discrets sont fournis. En plus, nous dérivons des limites inférieurs et supérieures pour l'erreur a posteriori qui peuvent être utilisées dans des procédures de maillage automatisées sans difficulté et qui demeurent robustes dans le cas des matériaux qui ne sont presque pas compressibles.
