Summary: | Our aim is to extend to Carathéodory solutions (see below) a class of theorems originally proved for continuously differentiable solutions of the differential equation . The theorems discussed compare the Carathéodory solutions of two equations of this type and provide uniqueness criteria for the solutions. Also included are two function-theoretic theorems; the implications of one of them with regard to a recent paper of Alexiewicz and Orlicz (1) are discussed in the final chapter. |
