Differential relations of parental acceptance and marital harmony to boys' and girls' friendships
Examines parental influences on children's friendships. Investigates the possibility that these are differentially related to boys' and girls' friendships. Factors looked at include maternal acceptance, marital harmony of the parents, and paternal involvement with the child.
