The present paper surveys the design tools of the Internet application programming (UML) as well as the selection of programming technologies and relational database management system (RDBVS) for the solution of the given task. The practical work presents the alternative solution, which is characterized by high safety level of passing information for the save electronic commerce in the Lithuanian market. This was guaranteed by both the RSA cryptographic algorithm and digital certificate (X509 algorithm) used. The present information system has been designed using CASE tools.
