nÃo hà === Education is undoubtedly one of the key points about the development of a country. The illiteracy rate in our country is still very high, reaching some upper-level course is unfortunately still for the few. It thus appears that education has yet to improve and a lot in Brazil. Courses Higher Technological emerges as an alternative to this scenario is changed. They are short courses and their target audience is predominantly those who already entered the labor market and because of the demands contained in our capitalist society need to specialize in a short period of time in a given area and that is precisely what the provide higher education technology. === A educaÃÃo sem dÃvida alguma à um dos pontos primordiais para o desenvolvimento de um paÃs. O Ãndice de analfabetismo em nosso paÃs ainda à muito alto, chegar a algum curso de nÃvel superior infelizmente ainda à para poucos. Constata-se, assim, que a educaÃÃo ainda tem que melhorar, e muito, no Brasil. Os Cursos Superiores TecnolÃgicos surgem como mais uma alternativa para que este cenÃrio seja modificado. SÃo cursos de curta duraÃÃo e seu pÃblico alvo à predominante de pessoas que jà estÃo inseridas no mercado de trabalho, e que devido Ãs exigÃncias constantes da nossa sociedade capitalista precisam se especializar em um curto perÃodo de tempo em uma determinada Ãrea. A presente pesquisa visou investigar se os egressos dos CST aumentaram de renda ou nÃo apÃs a sua conclusÃo.
