| Summary: | Este trabalho contempla uma aproximação ao debate entre a responsabilidadesocial empresarial e o processo de trabalho do Serviço Social, o qual requer umacompreensão teórico-metodológica, com o objetivo de analisar o espaço doassistente social em programas de responsabilidade social empresarial. Aconstrução desta temática perpassou por um referencial teórico e uma pesquisaqualitativa. O referencial apresentou a responsabilidade social no contexto dasociedade capitalista contemporânea, pois nesta se configura como uma dasestratégias de readequação do capital frente às contradições geradas pelo sistema. Do mesmo modo a responsabilidade social tem alterado o modelo tradicional de intervenção social e contribuído para novos arranjos que visam o equilíbrio econômico social. Seu caráter ideo-político é questionado por fortalecer a solidariedade da sociedade civil em detrimento aos direitos de cidadania. Contudo, o campo organizacional tem efetivamente participado das questões sociais através da oferta de serviços sociais. É visível o crescimento de organizações envolvidas com as práticas sociais, demandando competências para a condução dos negócios na ótica social. Neste ínterim, faz-se necessário a indagação sobre o exercício da profissão do assistente social nas organizações privadas. Ou seja, quais são suas atribuições, especificidades, competências que o qualificam para trabalhar com a responsabilidade social. Para conhecer esta realidade foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo, com assistentes sociais, que atuam em empresas com foco em responsabilidade social. Os dados coletados contribuíram para a elucidação do objetivo desta dissertação. === This work present the discussion between Social Business Responsibility and thework process of Social Work. The objective is analyze the scope of a social worker in programs to Social Business Responsibility. The creation of this subject went through by a theoretical and qualitative research. The social responsibility consider in the context of contemporary capitalist society, which is configure as one of the strategies of readjustment of the capital in front of the contradictions generated by the system. Likewise the Social Responsibility has changed the traditional model of social intervention and contributed to a new arrangements, where the aim is find balance in social economic. Your ideo-political character is questioned by strengthening the solidarity of society over the rights of citizenship. However, the organizational has effectively participated in social issues through the provision of social services. It is visible growth of organizations involved in social practices, requiring skills for the conduct of business in social perspective. In the meantime, it is necessary to inquiry into the profession of social workers in private organizations. That is; which is your assignment on it, specific skills, which qualify to work with social responsibility. To know this reality a field research with social workers, who act in companies with focus in social responsibility. The collected data had contributed to clarify for the objective of this dissertation.
