Previous issue date: 2012-01-10 === This dissertation has as its theme the coaching process conducted business with an emphasis on leadership of a private company. The role of researcher on this study was a psychologist/external Organizational Consultant contracted to a wide Project of Professionalization. The thesis comprises two sections: section I, we present the business coaching under the gaze of systemic approaches-complex and the ACP (approach centered on the person). The proposal in this section is to deepen theoretically as the interaction of these two embasamentos theorists associated with the process of business coaching. In section II, whittling away the main movements, steps and business coaching process results from an empirical research. In which this was aimed at General, examine the operational and behavioral changes produced by the process of coaching in an organizational context. We use a qualitative approach which examined the documents produced in the process of coaching in the year 2009. The survey results indicate that the process of coaching as an organizational development strategy coupled with broad was effective in developing operational and behavioral skills of the leaders involved. Such changes had an impact on the organizational environment, but also, in the context of professional and personal lives of coachees. Attitudes from facilitating person-centric approach and printed in the practices of coaches allowed growth to all involved. How restrictive the empirical factor this part, we have the research training of evaluators of coachees, where could have occurred more frequently. === Esta disserta??o tem como tema o processo de coaching empresarial realizado com ?nfase nas lideran?as de uma empresa privada. O papel da pesquisadora neste estudo foi o de Psic?loga / Consultora Organizacional externa contratada para um projeto macro de profissionaliza??o. A disserta??o contempla duas se??es: na Se??o I, apresentamos o coaching empresarial sob o olhar da teoria sist?mico-complexa e da ACP (abordagem centrada na pessoa). A proposta nesta se??o ? aprofundar te?ricamente como ocorre a interlocu??o destes dois embasamentos te?ricos associados ao processo de coaching empresarial. Na Se??o II, assinalamos os principais movimentos, etapas e resultados do processo de coaching empresarial a partir de uma pesquisa emp?rica. Na qual, esta teve como objetivo geral, analisar as mudan?as comportamentais e operacionais produzidas pelo processo de coaching no contexto organizacional. Utilizamos uma abordagem qualitativa a qual analisou os documentos produzidos no processo de coaching no ano de 2009. Os resultados da pesquisa indicam que o processo de coaching como uma estrat?gia aliada ao desenvolvimento organizacional macro da empresa, foi eficaz no desenvolvimento de compet?ncias comportamentais e operacionais das lideran?as envolvidas. Tais mudan?as repercutiram no ambiente organizacional, como tamb?m, no contexto da vida profissional e pessoal dos coachees. As atitudes facilitadoras provenientes da abordagem centrada na pessoa e impressas nas pr?ticas dos coaches possibilitaram crescimento para todos os envolvidos. Como fator restritivo a esta parte emp?rica da pesquisa, temos o treinamento dos avaliadores dos coachees, onde poderia ter ocorrido com mais frequ?ncia.
