Previous issue date: 2013-08-27 === Memory, since 1990, has been gaining ground in Brazil‟s corporate environment. Many organizations seek to develop a empresarial memory project, especially at moments when they celebrate their aniversaries, elaborating actions and products that shows their history. However, we try to demonstrate that empresarial memory can go further than these actions and products. We present a theoretical-conceptual proposal to (re) think, understand and develop Programs/Projects of Empresarial Memory, taking in account the Complexity Paradigm three principles: dialogic, recursive and hologrammatical (MORIN, 2000; 2003a; 2003b; 2005; 2007; 2008; 2013). According to it we state that the projects/programs of empresarial memory are constituted by, and are producers of, memorialistic organizational discourses that develop recursively from a conceptual triad Memory, Communication and Power. In this perspective, memorialistic discourses tend to (re) constitute senses and meanings in and from organization with their different publics. Such senses and meanings are (re) constituted by management of affectionateness and organizational knowledge (which both affectionateness and knowledge come from empresarial memory). We wish to demonstrate that these affectionate memories and knowledge memories can be worked in a continuous and transversal ways to other areas and activities of the company, focusing on different organizational processes. This way, we make a theoretical reflection, working concepts that constitute the triad of our proposal, it‟s (inter) relations and overlapping, with the intent to demonstrate theoretically the potential of projects/programs of empresarial memory of corporate memory in organizational management. We also make an empirical study of the Memory Project of National Bank of Economic and Social Development (BNDES). Its goal is to identify consonants and dissonant theoretical aspects related to our model. === A mem?ria, desde a d?cada de 1990, vem ganhando espa?o nos ambientes empresariais do Brasil. Muitas organiza??es buscam desenvolver um trabalho de mem?ria empresarial, principalmente nos momentos em que comemoram a data de sua funda??o, elaborando a??es e produtos que evidenciam a sua hist?ria e a rela??o com o seu contexto. Entretanto, buscamos demonstrar que trabalhar a mem?ria empresarial pode ir muito al?m de elaborar produtos e a??es em determinados per?odos. Para tanto, apresentamos uma proposta te?rico-conceitual para (re) pensarmos, compreendermos e desenvolvermos Projetos/Programas de Mem?ria Empresarial, a partir do Paradigma da Complexidade, atrav?s de seus tr?s princ?pios basilares: dial?gico, recursivo e hologram?tico (MORIN, 2000; 2003a; 2003b; 2005; 2007; 2008; 2013). Nossa proposta parte do princ?pio de que os projetos/programas de mem?ria empresarial s?o constitu?dos por, e produtores de, discursos memorial?sticos organizacionais que se desenvolvem recursivamente a partir de uma tr?ade conceitual Mem?ria, Comunica??o e Poder. Nessa perspectiva, os discursos memorial?sticos tendem a (re) constituir sentidos e significados na e da organiza??o com seus diferentes p?blicos. Tais sentidos e significados s?o (re) constitu?dos a partir da gest?o das afetividades e dos conhecimentos organizacionais (os quais, tanto afetividades quanto conhecimentos, prov?m da mem?ria empresarial). Nesse sentido, buscamos demonstrar que essas mem?rias afetivas e mem?rias do conhecimento podem ser trabalhadas de forma cont?nua e transversal ?s demais ?reas e atividades da empresa, incidindo sobre os diferentes processos organizacionais. Dessa forma, realizamos uma reflex?o te?rica, trabalhando os conceitos que constituem a tr?ade da nossa proposta, suas (inter) rela??es e imbrica??es, com o objetivo de demonstrar teoricamente as potencialidades dos projetos/programas de mem?ria empresarial na gest?o organizacional. Posteriormente, buscamos analisar nossa proposta sobre um caso emp?rico o Projeto de Mem?ria do Banco Nacional do Desenvolvimento Econ?mico e Social (BNDES). A an?lise objetiva identificar pontos consoantes e dissonantes da reflex?o te?rica que desenvolvemos no presente estudo.
