Previous issue date: 2014-01-06 === The reader is invited to meet the research conducted at the Instituto Federal de Educa??o Ci?ncia e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Sul C?mpus Sert?o, school still preserving the system of residence , formerly known as boarding school. We used the qualitative research method through content analysis (MORAES, 2003), whose instrument for conducting the research was made through pedagogical email. To collect information were exchanged emails called pedagogical among educators, teachers of this School, seeking to know the way it is managed care relationships and experiences in teaching and also how affection is presented in reports about how teaching is done. It was found that the relationships of teaching it are necessary to the exercise of loving care, the practice of feeling well and wellness. To promote loving care teacher educators are an example and model, breaking the vicious circle that affectivity is opposing the competence, professionalism or scientific. === O/a leitor/a est? convidado/a a conhecer a pesquisa realizada no Instituto Federal de Educa??o Ci?ncia e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Sul C?mpus Sert?o, escola que ainda conserva o regime de resid?ncia, conhecido antigamente como internato. O trabalho consiste na troca de emails chamados pedag?gicos, entre os/as educadores/as ensinantes dessa institui??o de ensino identificando como eles/as gestam o cuidado nas rela??es e viv?ncias docentes e de que forma o cuidado afetuoso se apresenta nos relatos sobre como ensinam. O m?todo de pesquisa ? o qualitativo atrav?s da an?lise de conte?do (MORAES, 2003) utilizando o email pedag?gico como instrumento de coleta de dados para a realiza??o da investiga??o. Verificou-se que, nas rela??es de ensinar, fazem-se necess?rios o exerc?cio do cuidado afetuoso, a pr?tica do sentir-se bem, do bem-estar. Ao promover o cuidado afetuoso, educadores/as ensinantes s?o exemplo e modelo, quebrando um paradigma de que a afetividade ? contr?ria ? compet?ncia, ao profissionalismo ou ? cientificidade.
