Previous issue date: 2013 === O proposito desse estudo foi caracterizar as atividades educativas junto as equipes multiprofissionais na Estrategia de Saúde da Familia do Municipio de Porto Velho/RO, levando em conta sua distribuicao regional. Trata-se, mais especificamente, de mapear as equipes, elencar a composicao e atividades desenvolvidas e caracterizar o funcionamento das mesmas, tendo em vista subsidiar proposta de capacitacao. O estudo, de carater exploratorio e descritivo, comportou uma abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa, envolvendo tres movimentos de investigacao: o mapeamento das equipes de Saúde da familia, a descricao da composicao e atividades desenvolvidas, levantadas a partir de dados secundarios e a atuacao das equipes multiprofissionais tendo por referencia as praticas de educacao em Saúde, levantada a partir de questionarios aplicados aos profissionais de seis equipes selecionadas por area: urbana, rural terrestre e rural fluvial. O estudo mostrou que o Municipio apresentou uma rede de atencao primaria em Saúde instalada nas tres areas investigadas (Urbana, Rural Terrestre e Rural Fluvial), com diferencas de proporcao de populacao e familias cadastradas, relativizadas pelo adensamento populacional e as dificuldades de locomocao. Cerca de 20% das equipes nao contavam com profissionais de Saúde bucal, particularmente na Area Rural Terrestre. Os procedimentos com finalidade diagnostica, clinica e cirurgica sao predominantes, em que pesem os sinais de incorporacao das acoes relativas as acoes de promocao de Saúde, ressaltando-se, a proposito, que as atividades educacionais ainda ocupam um espaco secundario nos termos das diretrizes de implantacao da Estrategia de Saúde da Familia. Se a utilizacao de recursos didaticos e os temas trabalhados caracteristicos da perspectiva tradicional de educacao em Saúde ainda estao presentes de maneira marcante no processo de trabalho das equipes das tres areas, nao se pode deixar de registrar sinais de incorporacao da perspectiva renovada nas atividades de educacao em Saúde, dentro das limitacoes da construcao de um projeto educacional na sua completude, em funcao de um trabalho multiprofissional fragmentado e com limitada participacao da comunidade no processo. Ao lado das constatacoes citadas foi sugerido pelos participantes o treinamento dos profissionais que atuam na ESF, particularmente voltada para as questoes de educacao em Saúde. Nesses termos a elaboracao de relatorios tecnicos e a realizacao de oficinas sao as propostas de produtos dessa pesquisa === The study aims to characterize the educational activities for multidisciplinary teams in the Family Health Strategy of Porto Velho city / RO, taking into account its regional distribution. It is, more specifically, mapping the teams, listing the composition and activities and to characterize their operation in order to subsidize training propositions. The study, exploratory and descriptive, involved a quantitative and qualitative approach, involving three movements research: the mapping of family health teams, the description of the composition and activities, raised from secondary data and the performance of multidisciplinary teams with reference to the practice of health education, raised from questionnaires to six professional teams selected by area: urban, roads rural and fluvial rural. The study has shown that the municipality had a network of primary healthcare installed in three areas investigated (Urban, Rural Roads and Rural Fluvial), with differences in population and proportion of registered families, comparatively taking by population density and mobility difficulties. About 20% of the teams did not have oral health professionals, particularly in Roads Rural Area. The procedures for diagnostic, clinical and surgical purposes predominate, in spite of the signs of incorporation of actions related to health promotion actions, highlighting, by the way, that the educational activities still occupy a minor role in terms of guidelines implementation of the Family Health Strategy. If the use of teaching resources and worked themes which are characteristic of traditional perspective of health education are still markedly present in the working process of the teams in the three areas, one can not fail to record signs of renewed mainstreaming education activities health, within the limitations of building an educational project at its wholesome, according to a fragmented multidisciplinary work and with limited community participation in the process. Beside the cited findings it has been suggested by participants the accomplishment of training addressed to professionals who perform in the ESF, particularly focused on the issues of health education.
