Description
Summary:Made available in DSpace on 2015-12-06T23:45:27Z (GMT). The history of the development of scientific medicine has led to changes of thedoctor-patient relationships that are characterized by the devaluation of life experiences and identities of patients. The patient became an object and focus ofmedical attention focused on the disease. The main objective of our research was to evaluate the potential of narrative transcriadas resulting from oral history projectsof life as a teaching tool in educational processes aimed at the humanization of health. To do this we conducted a survey of oral history of life with hemophilia, their families and doctors of haemophilia unit of Hospital São Paulo Brig. After recording processes, transcription and transcreation the narratives of our employees, we conducted a discussion of collective identities and subjective ways of dealing withcollective issues presented in the narrative. We also discuss the conflicts betweendoctors and patients narrated by employees and postures against the doctor-patient relationship presented in the narratives of our staff physicians. Finally, we concludethat the resulting research transcreations oral history of life have the potential to beused as a teaching resource in the educational process aimed at the humanizationof the doctor-patient relationship, as they rescue issues devalued by the biomedical model of health care: experiences of life, collective identities of minorities andsubjective demands of the health-disease and the doctor-patient relationship. === BV UNIFESP: Teses e dissertações
