Summary:Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico === In this work thirteen new compounds were synthesized and characterized using the two acids, phenylseleninic (1) and 4-bromophenylseleninic (2) as ligands precursors. Reactions were carried out using ammonium salts of seleninic acids and salts of metals MnII, CoII, NiII, PbII and AgI. Suitable single crystals for X-ray diffraction were obtained from filtrated of the reactions or by dissolving the precipitates in proper solvents. From all compounds, seven are coordination polymers: phyllo-poly- {[Mn(OH2)6][Mn2-m-(O2SePh)6]} (3), phyllo-poly-{[Mn(OH2)6][Mn2-m-(O2SeC6H4Br)6]} (4), phyllo-poly-[Co-m-(O2SePh)2(OH2)2] (5), phyllo-poly-[Ni-m-(O2SePh)2(OH2)2] (6), phyllo-poly-[Co-m-(O2SeC6H4Br)2(OH2)2] (9), phyllo-poly-[Pb-m-(O2SePh)2] (12) e phyllo-poly-[Ag-m-(O2SePh)] (15); the other six compounds are molecular: [Co(OH2)6](O3SePh)2 (7), [Ni(OH2)6](O3SePh)2 (8), [Co(OH2)2(NH3)4](O2SeC6H4Br)2×2H2O (10), [Ni(OH2)2(NH3)2(O2SePh)2] (11), [Ag(PPh3)2(O2SePh)]×(CH3)2C(=O) (14) e [Ag6-m-(SeC6H4Br)6(PPh3)5] (16). The products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and thermogravimetry. === Neste trabalho treze novos compostos foram sintetizados e caracterizados a partir dos pré-ligantes ácido fenilselenínico (1) e ácido 4-bromofenilselenínico (2). As reações foram realizadas empregando-se sais de amônio dos ácidos selenínicos e sais dos metais MnII, CoII, NiII, PbII e AgI. Monocristais apropriados para difração de raios-X foram obtidos nos filtrados das reações ou a partir da dissolução dos precipitados em solventes adequados. Dos compostos obtidos, sete são polímeros de coordenação: phyllo-poli-{[Mn(OH2)6][Mn2-m-(O2SePh)6]} (3), phyllo-poli- {[Mn(OH2)6][Mn2-m-(O2SeC6H4Br)6]} (4), phyllo-poli-[Co-m-(O2SePh)2(OH2)2] (5), phyllo-poli-[Ni-m-(O2SePh)2(OH2)2] (6), phyllo-poli-[Co-m-(O2SeC6H4Br)2(OH2)2] (9), phyllo-poli-[Pb-m-(O2SePh)2] (12) e phyllo-poli-[Ag-m-(O2SePh)] (15); os seis compostos restantes são moleculares: [Co(OH2)6](O3SePh)2 (7), [Ni(OH2)6](O3SePh)2 (8), [Co(OH2)2(NH3)4](O2SeC6H4Br)2×2H2O (10), [Ni(OH2)2(NH3)2(O2SePh)2] (11), [Ag(PPh3)2(O2SePh)]×(CH3)2C(=O) (14) e [Ag6-m- (SeC6H4Br)6(PPh3)5] (16). Os produtos foram caracterizados por espectroscopia de infravermelho, difração de raios-X em pó, difração de raios-X em monocristal, análise elementar e termogravimetria.
