Previous issue date: 2016-02-29 === Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Cient?fico e Tecnol?gico - CNPq === This research sought to investigate the practices and training processes of environmental educators from experiences and experiences with the Guarani, the Guarani village in training Ara Hovy in Itaipua?u, city of Marica, State of Rio de Janeiro. He reflected on this worldview in the culture of this ethnic group, in order to grasp the knowledge of the earth are their practices, bring out the emerging epistemologies, their knowledge of the land and their worldviews. The research has the methodology, qualitative research-training. The epistemological question of research, addressed the paradigms instituting practices and relations conservatively environmental education. The current technological model proposed from the environment changes led to a process in which had as its main goal profitability. The appropriation of natural resources, reflected in a pattern in which production aims to meet the consumerist longings of a society. The main value at this juncture is comfort and well-being, resulting in a model of society with an individualistic and materialistic pattern. Therefore, we sought to understand and point out clues to the formation process of environmental educators, pointing to the horizon of reflection to a new ecological subject. The environmental educator imbued with new perspectives paradigmatic, appropriating their pedagogical praxis. And ethics, diversity and respect the relationship with nature and other relevant issues crucial knowledge to design the formation process of these environmental educators === Essa pesquisa procurou investigar as pr?ticas e processos formativos de educadores ambientais a partir de experi?ncias e viv?ncias com os Guaranis, na aldeia Guarani em forma??o Ara Hovy, em Itaipua?u, munic?pio de Maric?, no estado do Rio de Janeiro. Refletiu-se sobre a cosmovis?o presente na cultura dessa etnia, a fim de apreender os saberes da terra se suas pr?ticas, trazer a tona as epistemologias emergentes, seus saberes da terra e suas cosmovis?es. A pesquisa tem como metodologia, a pesquisa-forma??o de car?ter qualitativo. A quest?o epistemol?gica da investiga??o, abordou os paradigmas instituintes das pr?ticas e rela??es da educa??o ambiental conservadora. O atual modelo tecnol?gico proposto a partir das altera??es do meio ambiente, conduziu a um processo no qual teve como meta principal a lucratividade. A apropria??o dos bens naturais, reflete em um padr?o no qual a produ??o tem como meta atender os anseios consumistas de uma sociedade. O principal valor nessa conjuntura ? conforto e bem estar, refletindo em um modelo de sociedade com um padr?o individualista e materialista. Portanto, buscou-se compreender e apontar ind?cios para o processo formativo do educador ambiental, direcionando para o horizonte de reflex?o a um novo sujeito ecol?gico. O educador ambiental imbu?do de novas perspectivas paradigm?ticas, apropriando-se de sua pr?xis pedag?gica. Sendo a ?tica, diversidade e respeito ?s rela??es com a natureza e outros saberes pontos relevantes cruciais para conceber o processo formativo de desses educadores ambientais.
