As a next step, one attempts at indicating the boundary limits of representational thought, outcome of the subjectivism, through the search for the ground in the world itself, as found at the feast (xirê) in the negro-brazilian culture. === O presente trabalho reexamina momentos da História da filosofia desde o seu advento com Platão, na pretensa separação Mythos e Logos, até a sua completude em Descartes, com a inauguração da subjetividade como fundamento do mundo. A seguir, tenta-se mostrar o limite do pensamento representacional, fruto do subjetivismo, pela busca do fundamento no próprio mundo, revelado, na festa (xirê) na cultura negro-brasileira.
