In addition to gaining a better understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the Bar’s existing communication channels, the audit showed how communication practices at the Bar relate to employee job satisfaction. 2006-06-09 text application/pdf http://digitalarchive.gsu.edu/communication_theses/8 http://digitalarchive.gsu.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1007&context=communication_theses Communication Theses Digital Archive @ GSU communication audit organizational communication communication analysis employee communication surveys job satisfaction communication satisfaction Communication
