Selection of salt tolerant embryogenic line in Jatropha curcas L., which has potentiality of biodiesel

The embryogenic calli were grown on MS medium containing NaCl with concentrations from 50 to 300 mM. After 2 weeks of culture, salinity tolerance threshold was identified at 150 mM NaCl.
