It specifically examines power: the rhetoric of choice and the power of prevailing norms, and seeks to use images which places the viewer in the position of the consumer, linking desire and commodity to control and normalisation. This project seeks to investigate and utilise possibilities within digital image technology and installation practices in order to construct a series of images, which propose that the nude may have fallen off the canvas and slipped under the knife.
