Chimeric Thoracodorsal Artery Perforator (TAP) Flap–Scapula Flap for Repair of Congenital Floating Thumb
When reconstructing a congenital floating thumb, we describe two children in whom preservation of all five digits is achieved through successful transfer of a thoracodorsal artery perforator (TAP) flap and vascularized scapula.
