Summary: | This research proposed the design of an agile alternative for software development that integrated the best practices of XP, Scrum and OpenUP. It began by defining and knowing the roles, life cycle and artifacts of the three methods, from these three criteria a mapping was made between their characteristics, to create the new proposal from them. To determine the degree of compliance with the agile manifest, the method was evaluated with the 4-DAT analysis and comparison tool, which showed that the new method meets all the requirements to be considered agile and therefore structure the necessary elements for software development. |
