Summary: | The article is devoted to the poetic dialogue of I. Kozlov with the artists of his time - Mikhail and Matvey Vielgorsky, Alexander Dargomyzhsky, Mikhail Glinka. Their creative communication often took place in the house of the blind poet: to support I. Kozlov in a difficult period of illness, to comfort and cheer him, many musicians performed their works for him. The poet valued immensely those who filled his house with the magic sounds of music, romances, reading of works. They brought into his life what he had been deprived of by illness. Their speeches, dedicated exclusively to him, the blind poet, touched the heart of I. Kozlov, inspired him to create his own works. He was grateful to them and transferred his gratitude to the creation of verse messages addressed to those who became the saving link in the tragic chain of his life.
