Summary: | The purpose of this article is to design a model for measuring productivity in the Public sector . To this end both effectiveness and efficiency are considered. The measurement of effectiveness focus on four dimention ; service delivering to client, citizen satisfaction, improvement of society?s conditions and undesired outcomes of service delivery . We used Delphi methods to define the effectiveness and efficiency indicators . In order to select experts, Snow ball sampling was applied. AHP method was conducted to determind importance factors and priority of each indicators . The model was tested in three public organization ; hospitals, banks and police stations . Finally the last model was designed by four section combination and separation of public and special indicators . Definding of the research suggest that the model could be used in different interval of future . |
