Post-Operative Acute Gastric Dilatation: Are We Responsible?
A 69 year old woman, operated for right modified radical mastectomy under general anaesthesia, developed Acute Gastric Dilatation (AGD) on the second postoperative day. The possible causes and management are discussed.
