Bone fractures developed due to ligamentous laxity, low energy trauma and joint deformities and contractures due to dislocations may be seen during the disease process. For that reason, it could be confused especially with rheumatoid arthritis. In this article we presented a case with osteogenesis imperfecta that misdiagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis because of joint deformities and common joint pain.
