The analysis of ICAO standards and recommended practices in the field of professional training of flight crew members was carried out in order to: -research the practice of using the regulatory framework in the development and implementation of training programs for flight crew members of civil aviation of the Russian Federation; - identify of shortcomings in the regulatory framework in the field of professional training of flight crew members; - develop recommendations for improving the air legislation of the Russian Federation, taking into account the requirements of ICAO. |
